Hi, I can't seem to access my DVD-CD drive. It simply doesn't recognize the drive no matter what I do. I have uninstalled it an installed it again but that doesn't help. It gives the following mistake: 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupt or missing (code 39)'.

(Code 39)" The tray will eject when pressed and if I set it to boot before the hard drive it will boot from the cd to reinstall windows. No where in windows will it locate it
